a question about editor mode initing

How should I initialize the editor so that the generated result does not have the p and br tags in the screenshot above?

I am currently using it in the vue framework, and update the editor content in fOnAppLoad by PASTE_HTML,
It seems that this method inserts the actual content after the initial setIR('')
