Revisit automated tests with Travis/Jenkins #275

At one point we pursued running the postman tests against a minikube instance (see https://github.com/nds-org/ndslabs/tree/NDS1151-TravisCI). It seems like it should be possible to do this so we get automated integration tests.

A few thoughts:

Have Travis run minikube, deploy Workbench via helm chart
Build/run apiserver from source (using ExternalService)
Run postman tests
