near-sdk-sim has been marked as deprecated, it uses vulnerable crates (such as chrono 0.4.19) and it also does not support the Apple M1 chipset.

All the tests written with near-sdk-sim should be re-written by using the latest testing framework from near: https://github.com/near/workspaces-rs
