We recently released near-sdk-js 0.7.0-2. As @idea404 suggested these features should be mentioned in near docs. WSL support can be copied and maybe enhanced from the near-sdk-js/packages/near-sdk-js/README.md. CLI use can be referred to near-sdk-js --help.

Additional context
Also it would be great to update CLI output on existing near-sdk-js docs.
