UI: Landing page and navigation layout

Create a simple landing page and navigation layout for NFT Ticketing. This landing page needs to serve event producers and event attendees. We should keep in mind that the "producer" might be the artist themselves managing their own events.

• A brief description of the product (from the producer and attendees perspective).

Producers and Event Staff:

• Call to action to create a new event
• Call to action for producers (or event staff) to manage existing events

Event Attendees:

• Call to action to purchase new tickets
• Call to action to manage previously purchased tickets
