We should give users some information about how to create dynamic layouts with Contentful (simple content nesting) and Prismic (documents, slices and fragments).

We used to provide this functionality out of the box, but now that we support multiple providers it's not possible to create an abstraction that works for all CMSs, so users will have to roll their own solution.
