Portable CLI link down't download (shows XML error instead)

when I click the link to download the portable CLI:

I get redirected to an XML error:
"The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method."

LInk seems to be working fine for me, do you still have trouble after clearing your cache?

Ah, I figured it out, it works with Safari but not Firefox with Noscript.
Noscript complains about a cross site scripting attempt. when I clear the error it works fine.
