Change IP Network in Docker Stack

Hi,
I have been using the Docker Stack provided by netbox with no issues.
Today I found out that the IP network range used by the containers clashes with our VPN range, so remote workers were unable to access netbox.
So I created a new network with a different range and removed the one created by the stack.
All the containers start up fine, but then the nginx and netbox containers stop due to being unable to reach posgres, etc.
I think that the old IPs are still being used.
can anyone help me work out why this is?
I have not changed any of the default env variables.
