As a netunicorn developer,
I want to implement a task that will conduct a cloudflare speedtest and return the results,
so I'll be able to use cloudflare for speedtests in addition to ookla.

Next steps: host the webpage from http.server and with selenium access this page, wait for the test to be finished, and access the results.
