metadata consumers should clean up their data on Close

Expected Behavior

metadata consumers should clean up their data on Close.
In case of Close on error, metadata doesn't remove per-Request map because Close happens after the metadata chain element.

Current Behavior

Some of metadata consumers currently don't clean up their data on Close (e.g. #1100).

Action required

Check all metadata consumers and fix them if needed.
