In addition to the specific tab- and csv-parsing methods, offer generic methods to allow consumers to provide custom implementations for:

How to extract column names from header line
How to extract column types from header line
How to extract values from data lines

This addresses the need for custom delimiters (as requested in #35) and also allows to ignore columns from potentially large input files.
