Relica set cant create POD on adapter helm install #43

Describe the bug
Followed the helm deploy instructions from README and got following error in the replica set events

Events:
Type Reason Age From Message

Warning FailedCreate 3s replicaset-controller Error creating: Timeout: request did not complete within requested timeout

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Follow Helm Deploy Instructions from Readme file
kubectl apply -f newrelic-istio-adapter.yaml
kubectl describe rs -n newrelic-istio-adapter.

Expected behavior
NewRelic Adapter Pods and deployment should come up

Version information (please complete the following information):

newrelic-istio-adapter: [2.0.3]
Kubernetes: [v1.15.12-gke.20]
Istio: [1.6]
