Description
To properly link Node.js applications calling AWS RDS they will be relying on
Datastore/instance/Mysql/<host>/<port>metric. RDS supports: mysql, postgres and other databases that we do not instrument. We already have test assertions in postgres that this metric is present but not in mysql/mysql2Acceptance Criteria
