Implement BlurHash placeholders for image preview

Image previews (thumbnails) need some time to load.

Make use of BlurHash (https://blurha.sh/, BlurHash is a compact representation of a placeholder for an image) in Nextcloud Client
using metadata available from the server via nextcloud/server#41044

I have just some small hints:

Nextcloud Server starting from release 28 exposes Files Metadata API integrated with WebDAV.

Here is an example retrieving metadata directly on the server.
