Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I configure Auto-Upload, per default the folder Instant upload is chosen. I always want to configure this to a different folder. Moreover, as soon as I enable auto upload, NextCloud starts uploading images. I don't want this to happen while the incorrect folder is selected.

Describe the solution you'd like
While Auto-Upload of a folder is deactivated, I want to be able to configure it's settings such as upload location

Describe alternatives you've considered
None.
Additional context
IMO it makes zero sense to disable configuring settings only because upload is turned off. It just hurts usability. It should also be a simple change.

Note: This combines with a bunch of further accessibility issues:

  • the default setting is to start uploading immediately when on wifi
  • it can take long to navigate and choose large folders (i.e. I have a folder with 10000 images which takes several seconds to open in the folder chooser)
  • settings are entirely discarded when accidentally clicking anywhere outside the box, and only saved/applied upon closing the settings box through "save"

I now have 8000 files queued up for upload that don't seem to get removed by having changed the upload folder location. Removing all uploads makes the app hang and does not remove the queue...
