'Contact disappeared in server' on server when parsing error

I have this issue (after NC upgrade from 15.x to 16.x) for some contacts of my address book (25 out of 1000) that have a bad format. I can see them when downloading the full address book, but don't see them in the Contacts App. I identified the error in the vCard thanks to the console (EMAIL;TYPE=INTERNET\\:user@domain.tld, the two backlsashes should not be there), but I'm wondering what is the way to fix them ?

Since contacts are not listed, no way to edit them. Is there a way to directly edit the vCard ? Or upload the correct vCard ? But then, how to delete the bad one ?
