The beta is out!
Testing it, there are two issues: the app has a empty sidebar on the left; and the scroll area is slightly to large, requiring you to scroll in the browser to see the status bar of Collabora.

Just for reference, this was the server changes which broke it (most likely) might be helpful to look at it in order to fix it. Basically some div's where renamed/removed. nextcloud/server#9982

Fixed with nextcloud/server#10483 as far as I can tell
