While working on Emoji support for Android, I've noticed quite a lot of issues and differences between platforms and how they both handle and render emojis.

So I'd like to propose that we standardize on using Twemoji which supports all of Unicode 11 + some more, and is VERY quick to adopt new Unicode emoji standards.

Poking @schiessle for licence stuff, but I think we should be fine.

Except that the ant emoji is not really good I like the idea of standardizing, and the Twemoji set looks quite nice.

What do the other @nextcloud/designers think? And also then we should do the same in our mobile and desktop app too cc @Ivansss @marinofaggiana @AndyScherzinger @tobiasKaminsky @camilasan @rullzer.

@Ivansss @marinofaggiana Did not saw any iOS app using other than the native Apple Emojis... Neither Twitter nor Facebook ... is this supported on this platform at all?

Facebook messenger uses a custom keyboard for Stickers, GIFS and Emojis.

Also, this could be used for rendering Twemoji on iOS: https://github.com/xoudini/emojica

In the mean time, @skjnldsv made me switch to Stock android icons for the Android platform.
