If there are no others with access, on opening the "Others with access" menu, show an entry like a person entry saying:

No others with access
People with access to parent folders will show up here

(As discussed in #18701 )

I'll attempt to work on this item. I have questions if you don't mind.

  1. Would we like this no-user entry to be without the avatar?
  2. How can I simulate having users when I have others with access? In other words, what can I do in my app instance to make users appear when toggling "Others with access" arrow? Just wondering on how it'd look like if there's others with access, and might want to check my local changes functionally.
  3. How do I run Jest and Cypress tests for Nextcloud server locally? Is there a readme for unit and end-to-end tests separate from the server's readme?
