[Bug]: App page states all apps are up-to-date but there are updates [NC24RC1]

Bug description

I go on the app page, and see this:

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the NC24RC1 version, update everything
2. wait for app update
3. go on app page

Expected behavior

It shouldn't say that all apps are up-to-date since there is obviously an update.
