How to use GitHub

For folders the activity app opens and I think that it is the best tab to open by default.
However for files the versions tab always opens, even if there is only the initial uploaded version.

@nextcloud/designers and @jancborchardt especially, is this something we want?
Initially the sharing tab was the default. Please approve or deny so we can adjust in a future PR :)
