I run Nextcloud on shared hosting. I use a php.ini file in the Nextcloud top folder to set memory_limit and max_execution_time as well as to enable and configure the opcache, but the updater requires me to remove this file for the update which then runs into this issue: #257.
Would it be possible to add php.ini to the respective ./core/signature.json file so that it can stay in the Nextcloud folder during the update?
