I use QGIS-Version 3.6.0-Noosa and QTiles 1.6.0
Some vektor labels are not rendered completely. I try to change some parameters in QGIS and change the layer order but can not find a solution.

Addition:
It seems a problem if the label spans two or more tiles

Open the QGIS change log (in my case it's 3.8)
https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog38/#labelling
You should have this option in the Processing toolbox instead
