Can't have so many nested levels. PDF build fails on some application definitions when documenting required subgroup contents beyond six levels of nesting.

Suggest replacing current nested view with a structural map (a.k.a. tree view), then alphabetic dictionary of all groups and fields. Potentially confusing so that will need to be considered in the design.
