I use libnfc-1.7.1, i2c, on a Raspberrypi (OS Bullseye) with a PN532 attached to it. When (re-)booting the RPI, nfc-list gives an error message (PN532 does not want to open). I fix that by disconnecting the wiring from the PN532, then the problem is solved. This problem does not occur when using Buster. I would like to get rid of this problem by upgrading libnfc to 1.8.0. Hopefully, the error messages will have disappeared as a result. However, I am a noob, did not find a manual on the web and the wiki page did not want to open. I would like to know how to do that upgrade to 1.8.0. I can already continue if I know how to remove lbnfc-1.7.1. Thank you in advance.
