Clarification needed in ingressClass argument description

Describe the bug
We received the following via the documentation feedback form:

Doc Feedback:
There is a comment under -ingress-class that says "The Ingress Controller processes all the resources that do not have the ingressClassName field." Is is not clear when this condition applies as it seems to contradict the previous paragraph. It also seems to contradict the default value.
