In case of PHP support I had to move to another host.
After installation seems ended successful I found a misbehaviour: Database maintenance works fine but Database synchronisation returns an error (Request failed : Ran syncAll() ).
I also tried to export the excisting DB to the new host. But the league can't be chosen by if a coach want to create a new team.

Does anyone have an idea where I can look at or what could be the reason?

Did you ever manage to solve the issue? I have the same problem right now with php 5.6
