如果 Loader 設 na_value = 'N'，但最後補的會是 np.nan，好像怪怪的
想在 build metadata 的時候，要記錄下來每個欄位的 nan 是什麼，補的時候要補那個欄位（如果 Processor 沒餵 metadata 就算了）
=> 但如果一個欄位同時有 np.nan 跟自訂 'N，不確定該怎麼辦
