Goal: to write the GMRES-E(m, k) algorithm that augments the Krylov subspace $K_m(A, r_i)$ with $k$ harmonic Ritz vectors $z_j$ from the previous outer iteration:

$$ x_{i+1} = x_i + p_i^{m-1}(A) r_i + \sum_{j=1}^{k} \alpha_{i,j} z_j$$
