Have Aerospace working only in one Space

Forgive me if this has been discussed in the past, I did a quick search and haven't seen anything mentioned.

The idea is to have Aerospace only do its thing in one macOS space and that's it. This in theory should allow us to "escape" to non-window-tiling spaces and back on demand and sort of have the best of both world.

I have no idea if this is techincally feasible or not - but if it is, it might strike a nice middle ground!
