Revamp the site and add necessary steps to configure shadcn in Fresh

Hello @nikogoli , I would love to work on it and revamp the site to include necessary steps so that any new comers can easily use shadcn for their projects.

• I just created Shadcn buttons web. I didn't know about this library so would love to work on it and bring all components from Shadcn to Deno.

We could replace this project with latest Fresh and Deno versions which by default comes with TailwidCSS.
