Fork, Commit, Merge - Hard Issue (JavaScript/Jest)

Implement Search and Filter Methods

Description

Libraries often need robust search and filter functionality for finding books quickly and efficiently. Your task is to implement advanced search and filter methods in the Library class that allow users to find books based on title, author, or ID.

The methods should be flexible, allowing users to specify their own search criteria (e.g., finding all books written by a certain author or finding a book with a specific title).

How to get started

First, run npm i in the root of the project to get all the necessary dependencies.
The, open the tasks/javascript/jest/hard directory.
Your task is to make JavaScript tests pass by creating the searchBooks and filterBooks methods:

searchBooks(query) {
    // TODO: Implement search functionality
}

filterBooks(criteria) {
    // TODO: Implement filter functionality
}

Running npm run test:hard will give you information about the tests.
Once all your tests are passing, you are done!
Note: Only the library.js file requires modification for this task.
