how to build docker in github actions with private modules from alpine builder into scratch

tough problem. impossible? so tricky to do. just build outside and copy into docker. anything better?

• ssh key not clear how to add
• GOPROXY does not allow to rewrite with USER:TOKEN style for gitbub url
• git may not be available in scratch
• gitconfig is not picked by by go cli
• creating .gitconfig and other files in docker is not convenient from secrets in github actions
• using https rewrite for githconfig global in docker does not work and it fails with user, password is not allowed
