Unable to connect

I have a few A19 wifi bulbs and when I log in to my account I get the error below

I have a couple wired switches, 2 smart plugs, and 2-3 bulbs and I get the same message.

Trying to get setup and having the same issue...

Adding my name to the list. Same issue. New setup. I only have a single downlight in the account.
Hopefully this can be fixed. Watching for updates. Thanks, appreciate the effort

Issue #72 seems to have a possible workaround like this:

"I reset my Cync password and just in case I set a shorter password with no strange symbols, then tried again in HA and it worked"

Worked for me.
