QR Code and File Scanning Issue on Mac mini (macOS Ventura 13.1) and M2 Mac with Sonoma #245

Issue:
QR code scanning and file scanning functionalities are not functioning as expected on Mac mini running macOS Ventura 13.1 and on M2 Mac with Sonoma processor.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the application for scanning.
Attempt to scan a QR code using the built-in camera or an external camera.
Try to scan a document or file using the scanning feature.

Actual Behavior:

QR code scanning not able to scan QR code.
File scanning goes to onDecodeError method showing No QR code found error.

Additional Information:

This issue appears to be specific to Mac mini running macOS Ventura 13.1 and M2 Mac with Sonoma processor, as scanning works fine on other macOS versions and hardware configurations also working fine with Linux and windows systems.
The issue persists across various scanning applications, indicating a potential compatibility or driver issue.
Camera permissions have been granted to the scanning application
