I'll wait until 103+cache digests are standardized and implemented to provide a better example of push because it's not very useful at the moment.

I think a better example of server push would be a page showing images with infinite scroll, where you would preload a number of images to be displayed on the next scroll. You could have two cases covered with such an example: the JS/CSS would be pushed, and the content would be pushed in advance in order to cache it before it becomes used.
