Duplicate error with select2 #140

Hi,

When I use the duplicate button, the plugin adds select2 input twice. If I remove select2 from inputs, then works ok.

Example:

The # is the provisonal duplicate button :)

Hi there,

Is this select used by another javascript plugin? Did you notice any duplicate id?

it's quite strange... can you share your form and your view?
