Description

It would be useful to be able to add account-specific blocklists on top (or instead of) the system Blocky config.

This would allow for: blocking distractive sites on accounts used for focus, parental DNS filters on child accounts, usage of Blocky on a shared computer (where the other user doesn't want it), etc.

This would be similar to the NixOS option services.blocky, which already exists.
