Country-Based LSE Notifications

With the Roe v. Wade decision earlier (and let’s face it, so many other big events in our country), it would be good to have a system to send notifications prompting people to mood log right after an LSE (Large-Scale Event) in their region. It’s so easy to get stressed out with this stuff, and reminding people to take some time for themselves is super important. This requires:

• Region-based registration for channels in FCM (IP-based)
• Guidelines for sending LSE notifications
• System for sending notifications (likely some sort of Pub/Sub solution)
• Decide whether standard notifications should dismiss these (Notification Fatigue)
