Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Platform Notifications section needs a bit more attention. It hasn't been updated in a while and can potentially improve the overall UX for lexicographers and translators who use the platform.

Describe the solution you'd like
For the Platform Notifications section of the platform, we want to change the following things in the list of notifications:

  • Change the purple "View" button from being a primary button to a secondary button
  • Change the color of the check icon to be green
  • Change the color of the X icon to be orange

Considerations
We use Chakra UI to handle our theming. You must read through the docs to learn how to change buttons from primary to secondary. You will also need to learn about how the UI component library approaches applying different colors systematically.
