Adding nodejs/node#39706 to the agenda. It hasn't been reviewed in more than two weeks and is blocking many other changes that I have prepared on top of it.

Yes, apologies, I was just about to post on here. It was just @richardlau and myself so we cancelled after ~10 mins.

Only notable thing to call out is that we do not yet have volunteers for the September Node.js 16 releases - #658 (cc: @nodejs/releasers)

Ref nodejs/node#39706, I have limited capacity to review but I might be able to get to it tomorrow. Perhaps it warrants a nodejs/collaborators ping?
