When I am going to invite a new person to the org to join a team, GitHub prompts that

"You have no remaining seats in your enterprise. Please purchase at least one additional seat before inviting bizob2828 to Node.js."

https://github.com/enterprises/nodejs/people shows that we have used up the user license quota.

I added more seats to the enterprise account according to the doc https://docs.github.com/en/enterprise-cloud@latest/billing/using-the-new-billing-platform/adding-seats-to-your-enterprise-account.
