AIX machines offline #1090

Both AIX machines were offline, I restarted them both with:

ssh test-osuosl-aix61-ppc64_be-2
bash
sh /etc/rc.d/rc2.d/S20jenkins start

Not sure what's going on, will monitor them for the next while.

Runs have all been green, so I'm assuming everything's fine.
