• For those who just want to watch: We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up.

@rvagg Is there a slot that we could move these meetings too that would be better for you and also suitable for those in the UK (It's 11PM for us today, so not ideal for Richard and I).

Since Rich and Rod have both indicated they won't make this one, shall we cancel? I don't mind making an 11pm meeting if people will be there and some form of worthwhile discussion take place, but I'd rather not have to join a meeting at 11pm just to have it canceled immediately/within ten minutes.

@sxa & @richardlau I have very good overlap during this time of year with EU in my evenings, but my calendar-brain turns off after normal work hours so I'm not great at remembering evening meetings unless it's front of mind. The problem I have with Build WG meetings is that these issues remind me that they're on and what time but they're distant from the actual meeting, so the only thing that brings them top of mind is my calendar, but then evenings are a problem.

Maybe we should just do a short-notice one-off(s) if you feel the need to sync?
