No agenda; anything to meet about, such as any of the items from last time?

If we could please reach an agreement (and stick to it) on the plan/approach for nodejs/node#49704 / nodejs/node#50419. This is like the most requested feature for node and like 90% of it is extremely easy—the easiest our team has had on our plate—yet 2 months later it hasn't moved an inch.

Sure, let’s work through it during the meeting, I think this feels like something we can make a lot of progress on during a call.

The other thing that comes to mind is fixing the issue where a new hooks thread is spawned for every worker thread that an application spawns; is that something we need to fix before calling the API stable? I think possibly yes, because it would be a breaking change for existing hooks to assume a scope of a single thread they’re customizing versus all threads they’re customizing?
