the async listener PR, which we've been told for months is the major blocker for v0.12, has been merged. can we at least get a v0.11.15? what are we waiting for?

Yes, there is going to be a 0.11.15 release soon. As far as I know, it's just a matter of finding the time to actually go through the whole process of releasing a new version, which is not always easy. I'll keep you posted. Sorry for the confusion and thank you for your patience.

Hopefully 0.11.15 is released soon or #8855 gets fixed :) Right now there is no 64-bit Node.js 0.11.14 for Windows :(

I apologize for not having updated this issue sooner. Currently, for 0.11.15 to happen, the merge from v0.10 to v0.12 needs to be done. We had also planed to include at least basic support for ICU. These issues are tracked in the 0.11.15 milestone and we'll do our best to keep these milestones updated from now on.
