I've proposed that we vote on the nominees at next week's meeting. PR's:
Last chance to nominees to bail on the process or CTC members to raise concerns. |

(Note: This is a long time in coming, and probably overdue. We won't be taking additional nominations here. This issue is the existing CTC nominating some people to to join, so as to expand the CTC.)
As such, the @nodejs/ctc is nominating the following four collaborators to join the CTC:
There's very little in formalities regarding CTC additions or removals, as noted in GOVERNANCE.md.
Since we've only roughly done this before (at the time I was added I think?), the general thing will look like so: We'll invite you to two (or so) CTC meetings in a non-voting fashion (don't worry, very little is voted on anyways), then do a vote on the third (about) meeting, as a standard TC motion for each of the nominees.
Note that since this is a thing we've discussed in private for some time, it's not that probable that we wouldn't vote them in.
Some details on private discussions about this, for transparency:
The original email thread about adding CTC (TSC at the time) members was started on August 20, 2015, and stalled September 29th, virtually lost into email oblivion.
The second ("revived") email thread about adding CTC members was started on December 1, 2015, Stalled December 17, and was re-revived on January 13, 2016.
