AAAA records are always moved below A records in our code. In my opinion this should be optional.

Let's consider it again, cc @iojs/collaborators

@indutny use-case for it being optional? what kind of real-world situation would warrant switching the order?

I thought the preferred order was reversed in 4306786, or is this something else?
