Before we onboard new members (#614), let's do an annual membership review.

I haven't had the time to do any ecosystem triage lately. Please move me to emeritus for now.

I am not involved in ecosystem triage per-se, but I think its useful to retain membership, having visibility into nodejs and ecosystem makes it possible for me to notice misfiled issues.

I do not have the time at the moment to triage reports. I would like to stay on the WG, but won't be of help on the Triage team at the moment.

I was able to get in touch with everybody. Next step is move people who voted to leave to emeritus status.
