Summary*

This updates async-lsp to support windows. I needed to add a conditional implementation for the stdio stuff because Windows doesn't have non-blocking stdio (this is the same as async-lsp tests).

Documentation

  • This PR requires documentation updates when merged.

    • I will submit a noir-lang/docs PR.
    • I will request for and support Dev Rel's help in documenting this PR.
